Covid19 New safety measures

Whilst we have made some changes in order to keep us all safe, our aim is to give you a wonderful Mirror Mirror Experience and find the dress of your dreams.

For everyone’s safety we have reduced the number of appointments every day to avoid too many people through the boutique.

All clients will be asked to wash their hands on arrival and we shall be using a non contact thermal thermometer on all staff and clients on entry.

From the 24th July everyone will be required by law to wear a face mask. We have disposable ones and gloves for those that prefer to wear them.

Our stylists will keep to the same room each day and will sanitize the space after each appointment.

We shall all wear masks during the close contact of the actual fitting or try on. The fitters may also choose to wear visors.

When you are in a dress you love, you will be given the opportunity to remove your mask as the fitter/stylist steps back for a moment and you have the opportunity to have good look at yourself.

The most important thing at this time is observance of the strict ‘only one special guest policy’ which is non negotiable. We sincerely hope we can change this very soon!

Observing appointment start and finish times is also essential so we have enough time to comfortably sanitize in between clients.

It all sounded a little alien to us too, but we have learned that these measures don’t come between a bride to be and her dress!

One thing remains the same, our passion for ensuring our brides look their most beautiful confident selves.

We look forward to welcoming you to Mirror Mirror and I’m sure together we shall make it the best experience ever.
